As you know we are always being told to have 5 a day! I couldn’t agree more!

I recommend a Marijuana, Vodka, Crack, Speed, Smack sandwich – on locally sourced Wholegrain naturally.
No butter as it is bad for the heart.

The doors on the cupboard are important – to prevent one from grabbing cookies and chips and all that stuff from munchies. No doors barred? No diet success?
I’m allergic to wheat. Can you recommend an alternative to the bread? I’m very conscious about what I put in my body. Clean living and all that.
